"You go to gym?" he asked.
"Yes," I smiled.
He nodded, smiled, then made a flexing motion. "I can tell you strong. How many days you go? 5? 6?"

"Good muscles," he said. Then he looked at my car. "Great truck. Is this your husband's?"
I groaned inwardly. "No, it's mine."
"Good for you. You have own." Then he paused. "You have husband?"
"No," I said. "But I'm in a serious relationship."
"Oh, yes," he nodded. "Same age? You 26?"
"I'm 25," I replied.
"I have son, he's 25." He leaned in closer where I was sitting in the waiting room. "He strong like you. You'd like him. Your boyfriend strong like you?"
Again, I groaned inwardly. I wasn't even going to try to explain the girlfriend thing. "Yes, he is. In fact, we workout together..."
Finally he went away to service other customers, then my car was finally done. As I was leaving, he came over again. "I tell you, you like my son. Come back soon..."
Heh. As I pulled away to wait for a break in traffic so I could turn right, I saw him squinting at the back of my truck. I'm sure those rainbow stickers probably threw him a bit...
