Today I ran my fastest 3 miles I've ever run in my entire life- 25:06. That's not that great, but for me it's a big deal. I thought I'd die in the end, but oh well.
It's a huge change from a couple years ago when I'd gasp and wheeze. The inhalers have made a huge difference in my cardiovascular performance. Too bad I'll probably be a big "poster child" for osteoporosis when I get older, since the Flovent inhaler makes my risk for development higher. Wah.
*yawn*
I'm so tired today... Sarah and I baby-sat for her coworker's 7 year old twins all weekend. I was exhausted when I got home last night, but I HAD to watch The L Word. Getting up at 5:00 a.m. was tough today, but I don't care because last night's episode was awesome, it's worth feeling like my head's about to hit the desk. ^_^
