I HATE HATE HATE HATE Comcast.
Did I mention HATE? (It doesn't seem like a strong enough word)
Tina and I switched over to Direct TV this weekend because Comcrap cable is such a rip-off. I specifically said, "Only disconnect the television, I am keeping the Internet with Comcast because I can't get DSL in my area."
What happened? They shut off my Internet. (Hence my missing pictures)
I have had a LONG standing record of problems with Comcast, so none of this surprises me.
I have spoken with 3 people there who have been transferring me all over creation.
Per usual, Comcast customer service is disorganized, useless and above all, unavoidable. I really wish I had other options besides them. It's quite unfair that I have to pay all this money for crappy service.
