Beware of Ginny!

Okay, so I lied. I'm not kidding when I say I've been the busiest I've ever been. I have so many pictures in my camera, but the trick has been finding the time to get them downloaded and edit them for posting.

Of course, I could not resist taking the time out to post this one:

How appropriate that, as of a week ago, this is now her favorite place to sit.

Ginny still wants nothing to do with me, though she lets me get within 3 or 4 inches of her without either backing up or raising her paw in warning. I also get away with petting her low back while she's eating breakfast. (Most of the time... sometimes she whips her head around and glares at me accusingly. Then she moves to another bowl and resumes eating.)

Still, with the weather as it is...

...I'm so glad we kept her. I know if we'd put her on the street I'd be worried about how she was doing in this potentially lethal heat.

Besides, I really can't imagine her hiding out under cars or eating from dumpsters anymore. And something tells me she probably can't either:

Yes, that's Toby on the left! She looks bigger than she actually is in this photo.

More to come...!
