i hate everything

getting up at 4:50 a.m., training a client, then working at a desk from 8:15 a.m. to 6:40 p.m., then working a Fitness Desk from 7:00 p.m. to 11:10 p.m., then staying up all night to work on work you didn't get done during the day, then not going to bed in fear of oversleeping your PT appointment, then doing a really hard upper body workout at 6:00 a.m. that leaves your body shaky, then going to work at 8:00 a.m. is bad bad bad...
