She was so exhausted from her whole ordeal. After she got out of the shower, she and I snuggled up in my bed and held each other close. Then I sailed off into heaven as we kissed.
It was the perfect set up: Monica on the left, me on the right, bundled up under the covers. Then little Mia, purring away, settled in the fluffy dent between our bodies. (Of course, my coughing from the God-awful worsening allergies put a slight damper on things)
It pained me to have to get up at 5:00 a.m. and leave. Not just because we didn't get home and to bed until 12:30, but because I didn't want to tear myself away from the beautiful woman that makes me feel so comfortable and at peace.
I had pre-arranged to leave work early today and be off tomorrow, but accessible by e-mail / cell phone, work a full day Wednesday, half day on Thursday, and come in late on Friday after dropping Moni at the airport.
3.5 hours until I get to leave and go home to the most amazing thing that's ever happened to me...! : )
