There's nothing like waking up from your cat charging into your face, then making a little squeaky noise as she hops away on all 4's. I don't even know how to explain the noise she makes. It's like a quiet higher pitched, "oo-oo-oooo..."
Since my allergies are so horrible, when I wake-up, I can't fall back to sleep. My body is too busy panicking about the struggle to take normal breaths.
The good thing is that I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow! Yay!
In the interim, I had a 6:00 a.m. client, my 7:00 a.m. had to cancel, so my next isn't until 9:00 a.m. That means I'm going to try running. Er, more like stumble along, gasping. How annoying, not to mention embarrassing. I'm the trainer, I'm *supposed* to be in great shape.
Damn adorable cat... I'm too in love with her to ever give her up. (Despite the fact that my hands and legs look like I crawl around in briar patches each day...)
Mmmm... after I finish with some errands after my client, I'm going to take a nice mid-day nap. I have another client tonight. Maybe I'll even try taking a Spin class, too... : )
I'm diggin' this Fitness thing. The sedentary stressful tech PR life just wasn't for me...
